SR SPECIALIST ORDER FULFILLMENT
PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:
- Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the delivery of our order book in alignment with sales targets, ensuring that orders are fulfilled according to the customer's needs.
You'll collaborate closely with various teams including Supply Chain Management (SCM), Distribution Center (DC), Sales Channels, Marketing, and other cross-functional departments to effectively manage the order book and maintain optimal service levels and on-time delivery.
- As a Senior Specialist, you'll be accountable for driving continuous improvements in order fulfillment processes.
This includes optimizing availability, allocation, and On-Time-In-Full (OTIF) metrics, as well as providing proactive visibility of any issues related to execution.
