Position Overview:

As part of the talented Navico Group Supply Chain Sourcing team, you will lead our Mechanical team and portfolio in one of our Navico Group Locations: Milwaukee - WI, Mettawa -Il, Ensenada - Mex, Lowell - MI, Tulsa – OK, Juarez - Mex. This role will drive category strategy, supplier negotiations, compliance with industry certifications, and support end-to-end supply chain optimization. Reporting to the Director of global sourcing, you will set the strategic objectives of Mechanical commodities globally and implement local execution plans to achieve supply continuity at the optimal cost.
