About the Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager Position
The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment operations for high-volume international accounts within a fast-paced BPO environment. The role oversees recruitment strategy, stakeholder management, talent pipeline development, and team leadership to ensure hiring targets and operational demands are consistently met. This position also drives process improvements, recruitment analytics, and compliance with Philippine labor regulations while managing recruiters and recruitment leaders.
