NSB Omega is searching for a SSHE Lead for our MAJOR Oil & Gas Client for a FIFO(14/14) Seasonal 6 month role in Kearl, AB.

Assignment Description

We are seeking an experienced and driven SSHE Lead to support operations at our Kearl, Alberta site. This rotational FIFO position is responsible for leading Safety, Security, Health, and Environmental (SSHE) initiatives across field operations while promoting a strong culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will work closely with site leadership, contractors, and frontline personnel to ensure all work activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with company and regulatory standards.
