STAFF ACCOUNTANT
This role is ideal for an early-career professional with 1–2 years of experience in Accounting and Finance who is looking to continue developing their career in a dynamic operational environment.
As an Accounting Assistant, you will support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cost and inventory accounting activities while working closely with ERP systems, financial documentation, and cross-functional teams. This position offers hands-on exposure to operational accounting processes and opportunities to strengthen technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate accounting records for assigned growers, including costs, payments, advances, pick and pack charges, and other agro-inputs.
Process grower liquidations (preliminary and final), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with established terms.
