We are seeking a Full‑time remote Staff Lawyer to assist in our Pre‑Litigation department. Your day‑to‑day activities will vary, giving you plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to the department you are assigned with various tasks. (Pre‑Litigation).
• Set up claims and follow up on coverage and policy limits.
• Draft LORs.
• Send Welcome Letters to clients.
• Relabel files and secure clean client records.
• Order Police Reports.
• Request Med Pay.
• Disengagement letters to providers/clients (using template and with attorney approval).
