Store Manager In close collaboration with the KGB General Manager, the KGB Store Manager will provide leadership in both short- and long-term planning to help ensure the organization successfully achieves its mission and objectives.

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations, supervise employees and manage inventory.

Effectively recruit and train new employees.

Maintain store staffing levels to meet the needs of our customers.

Monitor performance of staff and develop employees to their full potential.
