What's the Job?

Support daily store operations and ensure operational standards are maintained

Actively engage on the front lines to support store activities and customer service

Assist with merchandising, inventory counts, and stock replenishment

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training initiatives for team members

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times

What's Needed?

Minimum of 2 years retail experience

Previous team leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Strong time management and organizational skills

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment

Excellent communication and leadership abilities
