• Manage P&L statements and wage cost management under guidance of District Manager.
• Control and monitor expense and cost management.
• Maintain superior store presentation and protect company assets.
• Ensure compliance with all company and business compliance expectations.
• Develop community engagement partnerships with local MHA’s.
• Build a positive and inviting team culture.
• Manage capacity and change initiatives.
