This role balances long‑term client retention (approx. 60% of time) by serving as the primary relationship owner, and ensuring customer satisfaction, with aggressive revenue growth (approx. 40% of time) through the identification and securement of new business opportunities within the existing portfolio and through direct prospecting. This position is critical to maximizing the lifetime value and profitability of strategic client partnerships.
