The Operational Buyer is responsible to plan, organize, and control operational activities surrounding the acquisition of materials and services.
The focus will be on the Supply Base Management strategy to achieve lowest total costs, effective asset management, continuous quality improvement, delivery and cycle time performance improvement, and early supplier involvement in product development.
