Role Summary

Lead Manufacturing Operations and Digital Manufacturing transformations (line improvement, productivity, quality, maintenance, and shop‑floor digitization) by combining process excellence, technology, and analytics to deliver ROI. You will shape initiatives, build business cases, and lead delivery teams executing IT/OT programs across MES/SCADA/PLC/ERP ecosystems, driving measurable operational outcomes and sustainable adoption.
