Job Summary 

We have an exciting opportunity and are currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to serve as the Structural Discipline Leader for our Northeast Area market. This is a highly strategic position that requires proven strength in group leadership, design management, and structural engineering design ofmunicipal water and wastewater facilities for our clients.

This candidate will lead a team of fellow structural engineers located in multiple offices. As a team leader, this candidate will manage group workload, hiring, and project assignments, as well as provide mentoring and performance feedback for group employees.
