About This Opportunity
Who we need Reporting to the Associate Registrar, Appeals, we are hiring a Student Appeals Officer, Academic Affairs to oversee the administration of academic appeals and academic conduct matters for our New Brunswick campus. In this role, you will support students through the appeals process with professionalism, discretion, and empathy while ensuring the University’s academic policies and standards are upheld.
You will gather and review case information, prepare documentation for Program-level and Standing Committee reviews, and ensure decisions are accurately recorded and implemented within institutional systems. Working closely with academic leaders and administrative teams, you will coordinate cases from submission through resolution, maintaining clear communication, thorough documentation, and efficient case progression. Your work will help ensure students receive fair and transparent outcomes while safeguarding the integrity of the University’s academic policies.
