What You Will Be Working On
We are seeking a student to join us for a 4‑, 8‑ or 12‑month co‑op position starting in September 2026. This role will have positions available out of Sudbury, ON.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate drawings and work‑specific scope/trades.
- Review trade quotes, verify material quantities, hours, and rates.
- Participate in project meetings.
- Conduct deficiency walks and update deficiency logs.
- Issue warranties.
- Take and coordinate progress photos.
- Update field drawings and produce as‑built drawings.
Field Coordination
- Perform quantity takeoffs.
- Coordinate sub‑trade work.
- Verify site conditions and coordinate with drawings.
- Supervise sub‑trade work.
- Set up and maintain record keeping.
- Layout site lines and grades using a total station.
