RESPONSIBILITIES
Administering and managing subcontract agreementsLeading subcontractor meetings (progress, commercial, contractual)Frequently liaising with a JV/consortiumIdentifying and managing contractual risks, variations, and deviationsSupporting negotiations related to changes, additional works, omissions, and claimsMaintaining accurate contractual records, correspondence, and reportingEnsuring subcontract obligations align with the project schedule, cost, and quality targets PROFILE
