Key Responsibilities

• Excellent customer service to our Tour Group guests in the banquet room.
• Assist the Restaurant Supervisor with all banquets.
• Ordering, stocking and rotating all supplies for the banquet room through the Deli Supervisor.
• Cleaning the banquet room.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of food orders.
• Run food orders to the correct tables, maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing any immediate needs.
