Description
This position is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of Reach stackers, hostlers, forklifts, and frame cranes (RTG) to ensure they are safely maintained in a quality, cost effective, and compliant manner.
This position is also responsible for responding or directing personnel to manage service interruptions within the terminal due to power equipment failures, ensuring maintenances are achieved on time, managing special projects, personnel management, meeting objectives to support service to all power equipment, and ensuring all work is performed within company guidelines, safety rules, OEM best practices, and AAR regulations.
The role includes keeping inventories of parts, feeding the purchasing team for parts and services, and executing maintenance hands‐on, leading the team, and developing them to reach better knowledge of the equipment.
