EXPERIENCE
- Bachelors or higher-level degree in engineering, operations management or related technical field.
- 5+ years of proven work experience in operations, engineering and manufacturing.
- Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
