The role will encompass ensuring seamless functioning of systems, networks, and communications, providing robust technical support to users, and maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our IT infrastructure. Additionally, the role will play a pivotal role in providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to our team of helpdesk technicians.
