Supervisor, Electrical Design

Position Overview: Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the Electrical Design Supervisor will lead a team of designers and junior engineers, ensuring quality, consistency, and on‑time delivery of design packages for existing and prospective Utility clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day‑to‑day leadership, mentorship, and direction to a team of designers, technicians, and junior engineers.
• Assign, prioritize, and monitor design workload to ensure efficient workflow and meet project deadlines.
• Provide design training and guidance to junior staff along with the Project Engineer.
• Complete or review design calculations and drawings that satisfy all applicable code and regulatory requirements.
