General Summary

Directs and coordinates production activities in their different shifts, adjusting to the quality standards and operating costs. Monitors and supervises the efficiency of the direct labor, provides support in the preparation of the manufacturing programs, coordinates the solution of problems in the productive processes involving the support areas of the plant and all those administrative activities that are required to develop the position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Attend meetings with the staff.
• Attend manufacturing meetings.
• Participate in the support for: Introduction of new products and/or Transfer of products.
• Execute changes in manufacturing processes defined by engineering team.
• Co-participate in changes in manufacturing processes.
