What does the job look like?

This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end management of site operations on shift, ensuring resources are effectively utilised to meet operational demand and customer service requirements. The Shift Supervisor works closely with the Site Manager and team leaders to drive safety outcomes, productivity, and continuous operational improvement. Key areas:

Lead on-shift site operations to meet volume, service and productivity targets.

Manage labour and resource allocation in line with operational priorities and weekly plans.

Drive safety performance through hazard identification, risk control, incident reporting and audits.

Support and coach team members to maintain a safe, productive and respectful workplace.

Maintain payroll, timekeeping, training and competency records for site personnel.
