Supervisor, Picking – Logistics (Montreal, Quebec)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate daily workload to team members, delegating work according to staffing requirements and schedules.
• Serve as the first escalation point for the picking department.
• Monitor emails to ensure that all daily order requisitions have been met, assigned or handled and intervene when escalation is required.
• Support the other supervisor on requests related to planning, tooling, training, new process implementation and process refinement.
• Support remote location teams when needed.
• Support the Finance department for inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Support SAP/Produmex (WMS) software training and use, including identifying problem issues, coordinating fixes or order cancellations with department and MIS.
