Responsibilities

• Organizing workflow for about 30 welders and metal fabricators to meet production schedule
• Ensuring components and picked and ready to fabricate
• Distribute work orders. Ensure staff is clocking time to correct work orders
• Assist shop staff with interpretation for blueprints
• Assist with workcell layout
• Assist with documentation of standard production times. Ensure times are met. Make corrections as necessary.
