Coordinate, direct, and ensure telephone, fax, and modem lines are installed, maintained, and dismantled correctly. Process guest check-ins, Check-outs, room assignments, reservations, and cancellations. Block rooms; activate keys. Set up guest accounts; verify/adjust billing; secure payment. Operate telephone switchboard station; assist with all calls/requests; relay messages. Test communications equipment. Create, review, maintain, print, and compile logs/documentation/reports.
