About This Opportunity
Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate containment and corrective actions with suppliers for all non‑conforming material reported through QFLs and material receiving inspections where supplier responsibility is identified.
- Manage the end‑to‑end resolution process to ensure defective components are isolated and permanent solutions are implemented.
- Coordinate and plan daily activities, tasks, and deliverables related to the SQDCME (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Morale, Environment) metrics, ensuring alignment with the plant’s strategy and core purpose.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet or exceed operational KPIs.
- Lead and develop the work team, ranging from frontline operators to Quality Champions.
