The Job As a Supply Chain Manager, you’ll be part of our Plant team working as an on-site employee. You’ll get to:
- Manage and control material inventories to achieve inventory effectiveness targets.
- Ensure inventory accuracy in SAP through ongoing controls and reconciliation.
- Support production schedule attainment and service performance by ensuring material availability and execution discipline.
- Lead and execute continuous improvement projects, including Kaizen and 5S activities within the department.
- Maintain department metrics established by the Plant Director and provide weekly staff charts with key indicators.
- Communicate effectively with the Supply Chain team to ensure alignment and execution.
