What you ́ll do- Translates the mid-term production plan into the short-term plan (planned orders to firm orders) for United States production plants.
- Develops and reviews the short-term production and scheduling plans by line / technology, considering capacity, utilization and timing- Operational Supply Planner is accountable for managing stock transfers until 1st decoupling point, whilst the Replenishment Planner manages from the 1st decoupling point to the entire network- Monitors daily actuals against weekly production plan and tracking product availability, production schedule adherence, and recommends corrective action for non-adherence- Identifies short-term FG requirements in the markets and makes a proposal on the allocation based on business priority- Supports on the inventory analysis by reviewing the inventory policies, tracking and managing slow-movers, and monitoring obsoletes- Maintains select manufacturing parameters (incl. constraints)- Provides inputs and par...
