About the Role
Our new RVT or experienced job‑trained technician will participate in surgery, dentistry, medical cases and appointments. We rely on our vet techs for patient care and client communication to educate pet parents on illness prevention, wellness matters, and diagnosis & treatment. All work is performed under the supervision of our veterinarians.
Qualifications
- AHT/VT Diploma (New grads welcome!)
- Confidence in anesthesia monitoring, animal restraint, sample collection, and taking various x‑rays
- Strong desire to educate and build solid relationships with clients
- Solid communication skills
- Passion for what you do every day; enthusiasm, energy, and a positive attitude
- 1+ years of experience as an RVT, or 4+ years of experience as a non‑registered/on‑the‑job trained technician
