Responsibilities

• Comply with the internal regulations, policies and code of conduct of Human Resources.
• Troubleshoot product design related concerns in manufacturing and direct the corrective actions to address those concerns.
• Investigate, research, and collect information for new and ongoing projects related to the product support role for the overall improvement of the products manufactured at the facility.
• Design product modifications and/or develop process improvements as needed to meet existing standards, or for the purpose of product quality improvement and/or cost reduction.
• Develop, implement, and maintain the manufacturing processes, the QC test methods, and the related documentation required to manufacture every product within its specifications, schedule, and budget.
• Initiate and coordinate Engineering Change Request and Notice (ECR/ECN) activities
