SWIMMING POOL TEAM LEADER £14.77 per hour

In this role, you will support the management team by ensuring the smooth running of all pool facilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required as you will build and maintain professional working relationships with all colleagues.

Previous supervisory experience is required as you will be responsible for the coaching and continuous development of all members of the team. Other supervisory experience will include the timely completion of performance appraisals and ensuring that all legal training is completed as per company standards.

The successful candidate will help drive retail sales and assist the Swimming Pool Manager in achieving all financial targets.
