As a member of Vertiv's Talent Acquisition Team, you will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitment process by ensuring that the hiring process is efficient and effective.
You will collaborate across the HR organization to deliver process improvements and enhancements in effort to drive best practices.
**Responsibilities**:
- Play a critical role in the growth and transformation of our Mexico facilities
- Help improve existing hiring practices through relationships, processes, and technology
- Manage the administrative hiring process for all requisitions in Monterrey and Reynosa
- Collaborate with HR to ensure an effective and beneficial partnership
