Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner , you will act as a strategic advisor for various client groups across our offices in Canada. You’ll be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from developing proactive attraction strategies to optimizing the candidate experience, contributing directly to building high‑impact teams for BPA’s major projects across the country.
Main Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to managers across our Canadian offices.
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies tailored to each region and discipline.
- Lead the entire recruitment process: job postings, sourcing, interviews, coordination, and manager support.
- Develop proactive attraction strategies (sourcing, headhunting).
- Contribute to the development of tools, KPIs, and continuous improvement processes.
