This newly created position reports to the Chief People Officer within a progressive municipal government. You'll engage closely with hiring leaders and HR teams to implement compliant recruitment practices while also managing critical positions. Success will require strong marketing, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in recruitment technologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Train hiring leaders on best recruitment practices
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for specialized roles
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring
• Improve recruitment processes and candidate experiences
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
