Our Client is a global leader in distribution solutions meeting the needs of such industries as food, pharma, personal care and industrial. They are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their team on a 12-month contract . This role follows a hybrid work arrangement requiring three to four days per week onsite in office located in Mississauga and one to two days working remotely .
This strategic talent acquisition business partner will oversee talent acquisition and retention efforts, ensuring the attraction of top talent and fostering an exceptional candidate & employee experience. The ideal candidate will excel in developing recruitment strategies, employer branding and data driven solutions for Canada & US while contributing to a culture of excellence. You will be ready to roll-up your sleeves in supporting day to day tactical and operational recruitment activities.
