**Job Description**

You will be responsible for strategically executing the end-to-end hiring process, while ensuring superior candidate and Hiring Leader experience. You will execute the recruiting process to acquire the best talent with speed and quality. You will be a talent champion who can actively stay connected to a robust pipeline, maintain long-term relationships, and energetically sell the role and the AXP brand.

**Responsibilities**

+ Partner with business leaders and HR on hiring strategy
+ Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation) for the regional/functional segment
+ Build talent pipelines for critical roles
+ Use market insights to advise leaders
