About This Opportunity
Responsibilities - Responsible for full life‑cycle recruitment process for business‑critical project
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers
- Operate as a trusted partner and advisor, building a thorough understanding of the various role requirements and desired candidate profile
- Build pipelines for potential applicants based on recruitment strategies
- Utilize technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage and attract candidates
- Engage in active sourcing and recruiting for qualified candidates utilizing various search tools, processes, and strategy
- Proactively source, screen, interview and select qualified candidates for current and future business openings
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field
