Tandem Truck Driver/Snowplow (Roads)

Tandem Truck Driver/Snowplow (Roads) position in the Roads Department is a temporary, full‑time role for the summer construction season (April to November). The winter season reverts to a part‑time pool with opportunity to apply for internal postings.

Job summary: Under the direction of the Roads Supervisor, the successful candidate will operate snowplow trucks and transport various materials as part of year‑round road maintenance operations. Responsibilities include completing reports, performing circle checks, performing minor equipment maintenance and adjustments, and carrying out other duties related to road maintenance.

Salary: $30.63 per hour.

Hours of work: 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday (40 hours per week).

Environment: Unionised.
