Pay Rate: $33 Location: Toronto ON Job Type: Contract Our client, a top banking client in Canada is looking to hire a Tax Accountant for their team with a contract until July 2025 which is renewable. This role is fully on-site for their Toronto office.
Typical Day:
o Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
o Reviews tax returns prepared by Tax Administrators, and seasonal staff to ensure completeness and accuracy and to minimize risk.
o Prepares complex returns by proactively gathering or preparing all relevant supporting documentation, such as income statements, transactions, tax slips, capital gains & losses statements and fees charged.
o Secondary contact for all clients and partners. May be primary contact for a limited number of assigned clients.
