Responsibilities

• Develop the company’s tax strategy to ensure compliance and optimize tax efficiency
• Lead and oversee all tax-related activities including PPN, PPh, tax planning, and audit
• Supervise timely tax reporting and payments for monthly and annual obligations across all entities
• Review transfer pricing documentation and master file for all entities
• Manage tax risks and maintain relationships with tax authorities
• Review and approve tax-to-financial report equalization/reconciliation
• Engage with external tax consultants and provide direction on complex or high-risk tax matters
• Lead and develop tax operation & litigation team

Requirements:
