Main ResponsibilitiesLead Indonesia tax operations and compliance activities, ensuring full compliance with corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing, and managing tax litigation. Partner with business and across functions including global tax teams to manage tax risks, support business initiatives, and drive tax process improvements while maintaining audit readiness.Experience & Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related discipline.

+ Minimum 3–5 years of progressive tax experience, including leadership exposure in a tax manager or senior tax role.

+ Professional certification (Brevet A & B) is strongly preferred.

+ Prior experience within a multinational or FMCG environment is highly advantageous, with exposure to tax accounting practices.

+ Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with global stakeholders.
