Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Act as the senior technical leader in our market, providing guidance and direction to engineering teams and suppliers in cloud‑hosted environments.
• Provide direct guidance and advise IT functions in matters related to cloud hosting and associated technologies.
• Act as the technology leader on behalf of the Group Head of Cloud & DevOps.
• Own and manage group cloud platforms, ensuring they remain fully operational for internal IT teams of Home Credit and Digital Brand.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing within internal teams, suppliers, and cross‑functional practices, contributing to internal resources development.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, networking, and core business systems.
• Provide timely and effective support to maintain system reliability.
