About the Position
Reporting to the Principal or his delegate, and working in collaboration with teachers and resource teachers, you will be responsible for:
- Creating a supportive learning environment to help students meet their learning goals
- Understanding the diverse needs of all student groups
- Using appropriate study materials and resources that enhance active learning and motivate students
- Overseeing student progress by tracking assignments and providing useful feedback
- Planning course material and activities
- Building trusting relationships with students, parents, and staff
