About the role

The Team Coordinator Logistics is responsible for organizing and overseeing all shipping and warehouse operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the department. In this key supply chain role, you will help ensure that products are delivered reliably and on time to customers and internal stakeholders. This role combines operational involvement with leadership responsibilities: approximately 50% of the daily work will dedicated to hands-on operational tasks, while the remaining time will focus on team leadership, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
