As a **Team Lead – Robotic Assembly** , you’ll be a hands-on leader on the production floor, guiding robotic assemblers and

technicians while actively contributing to complex mechanical and electronic builds. You’ll balance people leadership with technical expertise—driving

quality, meeting production targets, and building a motivated, high‑performing team.

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Lead, coach, and support a team of robotic assemblers and technicians
+ Plan daily work, assign tasks, and keep production on track to meet targets
+ Build and assemble robotic systems (mechanical + basic electrical)
+ Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
+ Ensure all work meets quality standards and follows proper processes
