The Team Lead is responsible for leading, overseeing and providing strategic direction to the Canadian Small Business (SB) sales force. This role ensures business strategies, plans and initiatives are executed in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures. This is a producing role and therefore the Team Lead delivers this mandate by acquiring deepening and retaining relationships with SB clients and coaching their team to do the same. The Team Lead is a direct manager, player coach and the centre of SB expertise for their assigned territory and has shared accountabilities with Branch Managers for all SB Banking sales in that market.
