What You’ll Do

Team Leadership and Development

• Provide individual follow‑up with team members (project progress, coaching, professional development, training, feedback, onboarding of new employees)
• Define performance objectives and expectations for each team member and support their growth
• Foster team cohesion, collaboration, and synergy (organize workshops, team meetings, team profiles)
• Manage onboarding of new employees and encourage continuous development
• Ensure effective delegation of responsibilities, promoting autonomy and skill development for each member
