As a Team Leader, you will oversee a team of warehouse employees within your assigned operational area, ensuring efficient organization of daily activities. Reporting directly to the Shift Leader, you work closely with both shift leaders and your team to secure smooth, safe, and continuously improving operations both in the short and long term. In this role, you play a key part in fostering a positive culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, actively contributing ideas and supporting management in driving operational excellence
