At Groupe ADF, we want to see you grow. Position: Maintenance Activity Manager. Location: Mirabel, Aerospace sector. Permanent, full-time, morning shift, 40 hours week. Four weeks of vacation from the start.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety rules, labor code, and the company's EH&S policy.
• Organize and supervise interventions of a team of 3 to 4 technicians and subcontractors.
• Participate in working groups with stakeholders from client services (Maintenance, Methods, Production, EH&S).
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, monitor performance, and improve equipment reliability.
• Contribute to improving equipment to increase availability rates.
• Provide reporting in the CMMS tracking system.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic and electrical failures.
• Develop an intervention plan based on diagnostics.
